Maybe the marketer has too many websites and can't hold them all or maybe they prefer not to. There is an attractive feature to keeping loads of sites, but I have discovered from my own experience that it is hard to keep these webs updated and at a good level (i.e. getting good traffic and making good money). A few sites could be left alone and unaffected for nearly years and even do well but that's not the norm. Your standard site requires maintenance and if you multiply that by the number of sites you have, you could get overwhelmed.

One on the ways on to make easy money online, a simple Myspace website that perhaps is successful will sooner or later slow down if it is left alone. So when a site decelerates the owner can work in it again and improve it, leave it lonely some more or even more or just sell it.

Occasionally people will deal their websites to generate money to buy different sites or work at other projects they have. As I said, they could just need the money or they could just get fed up of the business and would like to try something else.

It could be any number of reasons, but right now we're trying to buy and flip these sites, so don't get caught pondering about it forever. Give it some time, analyze the site and make your own conclusions. Invest with wisdom and speed, that would my main recommendation.

Web flipping may sound like something that is done quickly and it could be. It even could be done in a matter of days, but it could be just like what happens with real estate flipping where the buyer of a home normally needs to invest time and resources to renovate the home and eventually sell it. The flip of a home or a site requires, in order to be successful, a little bit of time and a good deal of work.

Likewise, you could get attached to the site as it happens with a house. If you want to keep it, keep it. I know I have my favorite sites that I will probably never sell and you could do the same.
